Hotel Nautilus - Playa del Carmen

The hot shower was a huge plus, but the noise outside was kind of annoying.

Hotel was clean, nice and kind staff.

I had huge and spacious room here with balconies, living space, a big double bed. The location was excellent, just a pleasant stroll away from Piazza del Duomo. I ate in the authentic restaurant nearby.

Great hotel in a marvellous position very close to ADO bus station. The amicable and excellent staff and their attitude. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

Inquiries with genuine warmth and support. We particularly enjoyed the spacious rooms and the hot showers were a delight after a day spent exploring. The internet connection was frustrating at times, which could use some improvement.

It's a great budget hotel with a nice size rooms. The staff is amicable and pleasant. The location is comfortable and absolutely perfect, 5 minutes' walk to Quinta Avenida. The property is close to restaurants and bars. The dinner in the authentic restaurant is what you need. Every time in Playa del Carmen, I choose this place...

We had a great time. Absolutely great hotel, we enjoyed its central location just off busstation, the beach, park, city centre, restaurants, big supermarket, bus station, ferry and Playa del Carmen.

The food scene nearby was a culinary treasure chest! I savored treats at Cafe Andrade and loved every bite from Das Brot. Plus, my cozy room had great AC and a good balcony to soak in the vibes.

Had a hiccup with the shower pressure-it was barely a trickle. It didn't dim our fun!

The shower pressure was disappointingly low, barely more than a trickle. When I raised this with reception, they informed me they were aware of the problem, which left me feeling frustrated. It was also quite noisy from outside.

The pool area was such a nice treat after a hot day! Loved the spacious Twin Room and the proximity to 5th Avenue. One downside, breakfast isn't available on-site 🌞

great stay but some improvements needed

The room was spacious with a big double bed and a kitchen area that added convenience. I appreciated the effectiveness of the A/C, even in the heat. It's central and reasonably quiet, with lovely views of the city from certain angles. The pool area looked inviting, even though I didn't take the plunge .

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, just a short walk to both the beach and city center.

Shower temperature was hard to control.

The Twin Room was surprisingly spacious with a big double bed and a nice kitchen area. A/C worked great, keeping things comfortable. Loved the shower too! It was really convenient having access to free coffee in the lobby. Plus, the balcony was a nice touch. Just a heads up, you might hear some noise from outside occasionally, but it wasn't a huge deal.

Loved the pool right outside our terrace and the easy walk to the beach. It was great having fresh coffee in the morning and a water machine for cold and hot water.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious, including a decently sized bathroom with a shower and soft bath towels.
